We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, foster high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement across technology and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will enable Agile best practices, remove delivery impediments, strengthen team collaboration, and ensure predictable sprint execution while promoting a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide teams in adopting Agile principles, Scrum practices, estimation techniques, and self-organizing behaviors.
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-defined, prioritized, and actionable backlogs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, burn-down/burn-up trends, team capacity, and delivery commitments.
- Identify and proactively resolve impediments, risks, dependencies, and blockers impacting delivery.
- Ensure delivery predictability through effective planning, monitoring, and governance.
- Support release planning and coordination across teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineering Leads, QA teams, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
- Provide transparent reporting through Agile dashboards, status updates, RAID logs, and action trackers.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Build stakeholder confidence through consistent delivery transparency and governance.
- Drive actionable retrospective outcomes and ensure improvements are implemented and tracked.
- Promote Agile engineering practices including Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), CI/CD awareness, and quality-first delivery.
- Encourage collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing across teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Agile transformation and scaled Agile environments.
- Supporting multiple Scrum teams and enterprise delivery programs.
- Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Client-facing delivery engagements and governance programs.
- Working knowledge of Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, lead time, sprint burndown, capacity planning, and defect management.
