Key Responsibilities
- · Component Installation: Assemble key components of the front axle system, including steering knuckles, tie rods, hubs, spindles, and braking mechanisms.
- · Precision Alignment: Ensure precise alignment of steering and suspension parts according to specific engineering blueprints and tolerances.
- · Safety Integration: Tighten critical fasteners and safety pins to exact torque specifications to ensure the front wheels can safely steer and support the vehicle load.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering. (ITI certifications in Fitter/Machinist trades are accepted for operator paths).
- Experience: 0–4 years of experience in automotive shop-floor assembly, CNC machining, vehicle testing, dealership technical support, or heavy machinery field engineering. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Mobility: Readiness to travel to regional dealerships or client field sites as needed.
