bluechip.social builds personal brands. We work with founders and clients who have spent decades building something and have never once talked about it publicly. Our job is to get that story out of their head and onto a screen. We are small, we move fast, and the work goes live quickly.
The role
You shoot and you cut. Both. This is not a role where you hand footage to someone else and walk away.
You will only be editing Instagram reels. Talking heads, interview clips, on-location footage across Delhi NCR. Some of it needs to look properly lit and considered. Some of it is scrappy and phone-first because that is what the platform wants that week. You should be comfortable switching between the two, sometimes on the same day.
Logistics, scheduling, and location coordination are handled by our operations lead. You turn up, shoot well, and cut fast.
What you will actually Shoot at location (Delhi) usually with two other people. Set up lighting and audio without being told to. Cut reels, hooks, subtitles, sound, colour, and simple motion graphics. Manage your own footage, backups, and file organisation. Turn a shoot day into published content in days, not weeks.
What we need from you
One or more years shooting and editing, with a reel we can watch. Strong on Premiere Pro or Final Cut, comfortable in After Effects for simple work. You own or have reliable access to a camera, lens, lights, and audio kit. Based in Delhi or Delhi NCR, and willing to travel across the region for shoots. You understand what makes a reel hold past three seconds, not just what looks nice.
Nice to have
Experience with personal brand content Photography alongside video. An eye for what makes an ordinary person interesting on camera.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
