Position - AM / DM / Manager/Senior Manager– HR (Statutory Compliance)
Location - Mumbai Corporate Office
Experience - 4+ years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Review and implement compliances required under labor laws including
but not limited to Shops and Establishment, Factories, CLRA, BOCW Acts.
- Coordinate with Site In-charges to maintain current list of contractors, manpower deployed and timely renew/amend contract labor registrations and licenses.
- Coordinate with Operations Heads / Site in-charges and maintain all statutory registers and displays.
- Provide support to sites in handling inspections, replying to notices and coordinating with the labor departments.
- Maintain a checklist for all returns, registers, displays, notices, inspection etc.
- Provide support in due diligence of new assets and support in transitioning of employees in case of acquisitions.
- Maintain complete records of engagement of compliance related vendors including contractors providing manpower services etc.
- Keep track of minimum wages and ensure timely communication for updation in payroll.
- Track and update all compliances in the software for quarterly reporting to the management.
- Effective grievance handling at sites.
