Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Engineer to support the Pre-Sales team in delivering product demonstrations, assisting with technical discussions, and helping design security solutions for customers. The role involves learning about DLP and Endpoint Security solutions, supporting Proofs of Concept (POCs), preparing documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
- Support the team in conducting Proofs of Concept (POCs) and testing solutions in customer environments.
- Help understand customer requirements and assist in suggesting suitable solutions.
- Assist in preparing architecture diagrams, BoQ (Bill of Quantity), and SoW (Scope of Work) documents.
- Support senior engineers in responding to RFPs/RFIs and technical queries.
- Help maintain documentation related to POCs, demos, and customer interactions.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to support ongoing opportunities.
- Participate in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Continuously learn about cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and data protection technologies.
- Assist in preparing reports and updating CRM tools with opportunity details.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Cybersecurity concepts.
- Interest in Endpoint Security, DLP, or Software Solutions.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in customer-facing environments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
