We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their professional journey in pediatric therapy and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Work with children diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, CP, and learning disabilities.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Document progress and adapt therapy strategies as needed.
- Contribute to awareness programs and parent-guidance sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.
