Develop project execution plans, work schedules, milestones, and completion timelines
Client communication regarding the technical aspects
Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and resource constraints and take timely corrective action.
Ensure that materials, manpower, machinery, and resources are available as required.
Coordinating internal team for proper despatch and payments
Site visit coordination with supervisors and daily report collection from site supervisors
Daily reporting to the superior
Ensuring prompt supply of technical documents
Weekly project update to the client
