Job Summary
Prixgen Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Odoo ERP to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, client management, team coordination, project governance, budgeting, and successful delivery of Odoo ERP projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
- Participate in pre-sales discussions and project planning.
- Gather and validate business requirements.
- Prepare project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, functional consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure timely project delivery, client sign-offs, billing milestones, and project closure.
- Lead Hypercare and smooth transition to the support/AMC team.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in managing Odoo ERP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, and HR.
- Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
