Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Wholesale Executive to manage wholesale accounts, drive business growth, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and B2B customers while achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow wholesale customer accounts and business relationships.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, and wholesale customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, pricing discussions, and order processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Follow up on customer orders, payments, and account-related matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and prompt issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Wholesale Sales, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Distribution Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Sales Coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales activities efficiently.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling distributor, dealer, retailer, or wholesale customer networks.
- Knowledge of order management, customer account handling, and sales operations.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
