Internal Audit
- Conduct regular audits of showrooms, workshops, branches, and corporate departments.
- Verify cash, bank transactions, sales, purchases, expenses, stock, and other financial records.
- Review compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal control procedures.
- Identify financial irregularities, process deviations, and potential risks.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and recommendations.
2. Financial & Transaction Audit
- Verify cash collections, deposits, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
- Audit sales invoices, receipts, discounts, cancellations, refunds, and credit transactions.
- Verify purchase bills, expenses, vendor payments, and supporting documents.
- Check stock records, physical inventory, spare parts, accessories, and vehicle reconciliation.
- Review employee-related expenses and other operational payments.
3. Compliance & Control
- Ensure adherence to approved policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements where applicable.
- Review authorization processes and approval controls.
- Check segregation of duties and identify control weaknesses.
- Follow up on previous audit observations and ensure timely closure.
4. Investigation & Risk Management
- Investigate suspected fraud, financial irregularities, pilferage, and policy violations.
- Conduct surprise audits and special audits as directed by management.
- Assess operational and financial risks.
- Recommend corrective and preventive measures to minimize losses.
5. Audit Reporting & Follow-up
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly audit reports as required.
- Present audit findings to senior management.
- Maintain an audit observation tracker.
- Follow up with concerned departments for corrective action.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
