Your Role
You are the person standing behind the cockpit making sure every driver has an incredible session.
- Manage 2 racing simulator stations simultaneously
- Assist customers with cockpit setup, controls, and settings
- Explain car selection, track options, and session formats
- Guide first-time racers through their experience patiently
- Monitor sessions and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Maintain cockpit cleanliness and equipment care
- Capture customer reactions on phone for social media
- Ensure safety and smooth session flow at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, gaming zones, or customer-facing tech roles
- Comfortable operating computers and basic software
- Fluent English communication
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Genuinely passionate about motorsport, racing, or cars
- Able to stand and move actively for 8-hour shifts
- Quick learner with a customer-first attitude
Good to Have
- Experience with racing games or simulators (F1, Assetto Corsa, Gran Turismo, iRacing)
- Knowledge of Formula 1, GT racing, or motorsport in general
- Experience in event management or entertainment venues
- Basic photography or video skills
