Mandatory Skills :
Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or BFSI sales
- Strong knowledge of life insurance, health insurance, or general insurance products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain a strong customer network
- Self-motivated and result-driven approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong client network.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to expand business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals through effective planning and execution.
- Explore market trends and leverage available opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
- Provide excellent support and relationship management to existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports.
- Adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
