Laying, Testing, Commissioning of Polyethylene & GI Pipeline -
Preliminary route Survey Trenching
Electro Fusion jointing lowering and back filling
Pneumatic Testing, Dewatering, Flushing, Purging and Gas Charging
Installation of markers and restoration work
HDD crossings, profiles - Rail/road/river/nallah crossings
Laying of HDPE Conduit and optical fibre cable
Installation, Testing & commissioning of Regulators, Meters, Equipment, Field regulating Stations, etc
Commissioning of network, Conversion of Appliance
Surveillance of large commercial internal pipeline.
Documents Compilation and Verification -
Verification and approval of laying graphs, Inspection Reports, Finalization of inspection and test plan for all stages
Verification and certification of Laying, Testing reports, and GIS drawing & As built/graph drawings
Compilation and submission of RFC (Ready for conversion) & JMR (Joint meter records) details of individual contractors to CLIENT
Collection and compilation of DPR (Daily progress reports) & FPR (Fortnightly progress reports) to CLIENT
Collection and submission of As-Graphs, Build drawings to IGL, Collection and compilation of customer feedback form during RFC
Compilation of Station topography, soil testing, PESO and Structural Drawing
Verification and certification of construction drawings
Strictly performing all activities through field mobility for which module is developed by CLIENT.
Technical Briefing
Inspection, supervision of all activities, such as laying, testing, commissioning, & documentation of PE & GI Pipes.
Qualifications Required
B.Tech/B.E/Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Breakup
32935/- CTC (Deduction - 4814/-)
3600/- PF, 200/- PT, 150/- Admin charges, 864/- insurance
150/- Per day Allowance for site expences will be added in the per month salary as per thier attendance
