Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage relationships, ensure seamless execution of campaigns, and act as a bridge between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of advertising/media workflows, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements, briefs, and expectations clearly
- Ensure timely communication and updates to clients
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, production)
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Prepare and share briefs with internal teams
Campaign Execution:
- Oversee execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, production)
- Ensure quality and brand consistency across deliverables
- Handle revisions and feedback efficiently
Business & Growth:
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support in pitching ideas and proposals to clients
- Assist in generating new business opportunities
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes
- Track campaign performance and client feedback
- Maintain proper documentation and records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Media / Communications
- 1–5 years of experience in client servicing / account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
- Good understanding of advertising, digital, and media industry
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in advertising agency or media company
- Presentation and pitching skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
