Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Executive with experience in the IDS Hotel Management System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling room reservations, managing booking inquiries, updating reservation records, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests while maximizing room occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle room reservations through phone calls, emails, online travel agencies (OTAs), and direct walk-in inquiries.
- Process new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately using the IDS Hotel Management System.
- Maintain accurate guest reservation records and update booking details in the system.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping departments to ensure room availability and smooth guest arrivals.
- Provide guests with information regarding room types, rates, packages, hotel facilities, and policies.
- Monitor room inventory and assist in maximizing occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare daily reservation reports and maintain booking documentation.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve reservation-related issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hotel reservation policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the reservation process.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with the IDS Hotel Management System is mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel reservation procedures and room inventory management.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously with accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any relevant discipline.
- Diploma in Hotel Management will also be considered.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Reservations Executive or Front Office Executive in the hotel industry.
- Experience using the IDS Hotel Management System is mandatory.

- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of OTA portals and channel managers will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
