Job Summary
We are hiring Telecallers to generate leads and assist customers with loan products like Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Credit Cards. The role requires strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to convert leads into successful applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explain loan products and generate customer interest
- Qualify leads and share with the sales/processing team
- Follow up with customers for conversions
- Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking
- Achieve assigned monthly targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced both can apply
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in DSA, loan, or credit card sales
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)
