About the job

We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Integrations. The role involves working on configurations, enhancements, integrations, and production support in a global environment.

Responsibilties

Act as a functional expert for Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
Configure business processes, benefits plans, and compensation structures.
Build and support Workday integrations (Studio, PECI, EIB, Core Connectors).
Perform testing (UAT, regression) and ensure data accuracy.
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
Handle change requests, enhancements, and system improvements.
Collaborate with global stakeholders.

Required Qualification

4–6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
Strong functional experience in Benefits and Compensation modules.
Experience with Workday Integrations (Studio, PECI, EIB, Core Connectors).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
