KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- — Deliver a warm, knowledgeable, and premium customer experience to every walk-in customer.
- — Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and purchase decisions.
- — Manage billing, POS transactions, and cash handling accurately.
- — Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and shelf standards in line with brand guidelines.
- — Support inventory management, stock replenishment, stock audits, and inward/outward movements.
- — Monitor product quality, freshness, and availability across categories.
- — Coordinate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and achievement of sales targets.
- — Handle customer queries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism and ownership.
- — Support in-store activations, sampling events, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- — Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational compliance standards are maintained at all times.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- — Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in retail, food & beverage, hospitality, supermarket, or lifestyle retail.
- — Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- — Hands-on experience in billing, store operations, inventory management, and merchandising.
- — Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- — Energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- — Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail reporting.
- — Based in Gurugram/NCR for ease of store operations and coordination.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
