Job Purpose
The HSE Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's Health, Safety & Environmental Management System across manufacturing, testing, offshore/onshore ROV operations, and customer sites, ensuring statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures and HSEMS.

Prepare project HSE Plans and method statement reviews.

Conduct HSE inspections, audits, toolbox talks and training.

Monitor safe ROV launch/recovery, lifting, electrical, battery and marine operations.

Ensure PTW implementation and PPE compliance.

Investigate incidents and implement CAPA.
-
Maintain emergency preparedness and conduct drills.

Manage environmental compliance and waste disposal.

Coordinate client HSE meetings and audits.

Conduct mock drills related to fire and safety across the company.

Maintain HSE documentation and monthly reports.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience (with major work experience in electrical/EV/Battery and Electronic Manufacturing related companies).

Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety (preferred).

NEBOSH IGC/IOSH preferred.

Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET) – desirable for offshore deployments
