Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining customer relationships. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments.
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Positive attitude and convincing ability.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 6 Days a Week (One Weekly Off)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
