Key Responsibilities:Business Sourcing & Sales
- Generate new business
- Source loan applications through dealers, brokers, direct market visits, and references.
- Achieve monthly disbursement and login targets assigned by the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
Customer Handling
- Explain loan products, EMI structure, and finance schemes to customers.
- Assist customers in documentation and loan processing.
- Ensure proper customer onboarding as per company policies.
Dealer & Channel Management
- Coordinate regularly with dealerships for business generation.
- Ensure smooth flow of cases from dealer point to branch processing.
- Resolve dealer concerns related to login, sanction, and disbursement.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
