Executive – Customer Service & Documentation
Job Summary:
Responsible for handling import/export documentation, coordinating customs clearance activities, and providing timely customer service to ensure smooth shipment movement and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify customs documents such as Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, Invoice, Packing List, and BL/AWB.
- Coordinate with customers, customs authorities, shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams.
- Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in CHA, Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, or Logistics.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of customs documentation and clearance procedures.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
