Job Summary:
We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Office Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and should have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, guests, and clients in a courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain visitor logs and manage entry passes
- Support day-to-day administrative and clerical activities
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area
- Assist with scheduling meetings and handling correspondence
