Key Responsibilities Areas:
Platform Management:
· Post content on LinkedIn Instagram, X, Facebook and other platforms with an understanding of each platform’s best practices.
· Ensure consistency and quality of content across all platforms.
Content Creation:
· Write compelling and engaging social media content that is oriented towards maximizing audience reach(creative copy & caption).
· Conceptualize creative ideas for multiple social media platforms to capture the maximum audience. This includes creating reels, posts, news and announcements relevant to our audience.
· Conduct thorough content research to ensure all posts are accurate, informative and relevant.
· Create and manage a social media calendar to ensure timely and consistent content distribution across all platforms.
Audience Engagement:
· Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Trend /Competitor Analysis:
· Perform competitor analytics to understand industry standards and benchmarks, helping to refine our strategy as well as keep on track with all the trends in the market.
Maintain Brand Consistency:
· Ensure all SM content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone and guidelines.
· Maintain a cohesive visual and narrative identity across all social media channels.
Team coordination:
· Coordinate with video production and graphic design team for visual collaterals
PREFERENCES:
1. Experience in social media management for expo/trade fair, service-based brand, expo, B2B business
2. Very good in English communication (verbal)
3. Comfortable in front of camera
4. Good articulation of their ideas
5. Basic reel shoot skills, not just in front of camera but behind it. Knowing angles, transitions, etc.
6. Portfolio has meme content
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
