Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing & E-commerce Executive to join our core team onsite in Cochin. You will work closely with leadership to execute digital marketing campaigns, manage our online storefronts, and help build robust institutional B2B pipelines and D2C brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Design and execute engaging social media campaigns highlighting our farm-to-bar traceability, single-origin Idukki beans, and artisanal product lines (cocoa butter, powder, chocolates).
- Handle content creation (photography assets, copywriting, and basic graphic design via Canva/Figma) for digital channels.
2. E-Commerce & Quick-Commerce Operations
- Assist in managing D2C e-commerce platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce) and online marketplaces.
- Coordinate daily listing optimizations, inventory tracking, and quick-commerce catalog operations (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto).
3. B2B Lead Generation Support
- Support digital outreach campaigns targeting boutique chocolatiers, bakeries, cafes, and institutional buyers.
- Assist in maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) records, tracking trade inquiries, and compiling market research reports.
4. Performance Tracking
- Monitor daily web traffic, social media engagement metrics, and sales conversion funnels, reporting insights directly to management.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience (internships or hands-on college project work in digital marketing, food brands, or e-commerce will be highly valued).
- Skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Basic familiarity with e-commerce backends (Shopify) and graphic design software.
- Work Arrangement: Full-Time, Onsite at our Cochin office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
