We are looking for an energetic, field-oriented Business Development & Marketing Manager who can build strategic partnerships, generate patient referrals, and strengthen our brand presence across Gurugram and surrounding regions.
Job Summary
The Business Development & Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing patient footfall by creating and nurturing referral networks, institutional partnerships, and community outreach programs. This is primarily a field-based role requiring extensive travel across Gurugram, Manesar, Sohna, Bhiwadi, Dharuhera, Rewari, and nearby areas.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting partnerships into sustained patient referrals.
Healthcare business development roles often emphasize referral-network building, stakeholder management, outreach activities, and willingness to travel extensively, particularly in ophthalmology and hospital settings

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
