Adith Electronics is looking for a high-energy Business Development Specialist to lead our Institutional Sales (B2B) efforts in the Hyderabad region. You will be the face of the company for corporate clients, educational institutions, government bodies, and hospitality chains.
Your mission is simple but challenging: identify high-volume sales opportunities for our diverse product portfolio—ranging from high-end IT infrastructure to essential home appliances—and build long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Penetration: Identify and onboard new institutional clients (Corporates, Hotels, Hospitals, Architects, Schools/Colleges) across Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
- Portfolio Management: Drive sales across four key verticals:
- Consumer Durables & Home Appliances (Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, etc.)
- High-End Kitchen Appliances
- IT Hardware (Laptops, Desktops, Servers)
- Mobile & Mobility Solutions (Bulk handsets for enterprise use)
- Tender & RFP Management: Lead the end-to-end process for institutional tenders, from documentation to final negotiation and closure.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely delivery, installation support, and after-sales coordination.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing and local market trends to provide feedback to the management team for tactical pricing adjustments.
Qualifications & Skills
Communication: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is compulsory.
Experience: 0–6 years in B2B/Institutional sales (Electronic/IT industry preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Hyderabad business landscape and industrial hubs.
Negotiation: Proven track record of closing high-value contracts and managing long sales cycles.
