Salary - Up to ₹5 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)
Role Overview
We are hiring Learning Consultants to drive admissions for our Undergraduate (UG) programs. This is an inside sales / admission counselling role, where you will guide students and help them choose the right program.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students via calls, WhatsApp, and virtual sessions
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable UG programs
- Convert leads into enrolments
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
Requirements
- 0.6–4 years of experience in admission counselling / inside sales / telesales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of education/edtech industry preferred
Preferred Candidates
- Background in EdTech / coaching institutes / colleges
- Experience in UG or degree program counselling
- Immediate joiners or ≤ 30 days notice
