Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in data mining and sales generation to expand our global client base in the IT & Software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term clients across international markets.
The role requires excellent English communication skills (Minimum B2 level or higher), strong analytical capabilities, and proven experience in IT services sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Mining & Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online platforms, databases, and other digital channels.
- Perform strategic data mining to extract qualified leads from global markets.
- Maintain and manage CRM databases with updated prospect information.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold emails, calls, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT/software sales or digital services sales.
- Strong experience in data mining and lead generation.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or above – written & verbal).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience working with global/international clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/global environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory) – Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
