Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Source candidates through job portals, screen resumes, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Induction: Assist new joiners with paperwork, conduct orientation sessions, and issue offer letters.
- HR Operations: Maintain physical and digital employee records, track attendance, and manage leave databases.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize team-building events, training sessions, and employee welfare activities.
- Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for staff regarding basicqueries
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
