Job Description
We are looking for a suitable Customer Relationship Executive – Lead Generation to support marketing, lead generation, customer coordination, and business development activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, field visits, online platforms, references, and market research.
- Identify potential customers and maintain proper follow-up for business opportunities.
- Support marketing and promotional activities of the company.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for enquiries, quotations, and service-related requirements.
- Maintain customer database and update lead status regularly.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports related to leads, visits, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Travel to customer locations and market areas whenever required.
- Support sales and service teams in customer communication and lead conversion.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and marketing activities.
- Ability to generate leads and follow up with customers.
- Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
