Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle customer service requests, site visits, troubleshooting, and after-sales support for windows, doors, and related products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites for inspection and service requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot product/service issues.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams for timely resolution.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for replacement, repair, and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in service/site work preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Basic knowledge of windows, doors, or construction products will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
