We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive lead generation and revenue growth in the design & build interior solutions space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and partnerships
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events to generate quality leads
- Engage with potential clients, understand requirements, and close profitable deals
- Track industry trends, competitors, and market insights
- Share regular pipeline and performance reports with leadership
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the BD team
Qualifications:
- Any Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development (preferably in design & build / interior industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with market analysis capability
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
