We are looking for a highly active, energetic, and confident Business Development Associate who is passionate about achieving targets and earning incentives. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, performance-driven, and capable of completing monthly assigned targets effectively.
This position is best suited for candidates who enjoy working in a target-based environment and are interested in earning attractive incentives based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and convert them into admissions
- Achieve and exceed monthly assigned targets
- Promote our professional courses through direct marketing, field visits, calls, and digital platforms
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients/students
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be active, confident, and goal-oriented
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work under target pressure
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic personality
- Basic knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
- Experience in target-based jobs will be given first priority
