About the Role
NewJaisa is looking for a creator-first Social Media Executive & Brand Creator who can help build and grow the brand through engaging content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating videos, understands social media trends, is comfortable in front of the camera, and can turn creative ideas into engaging content that drives brand awareness and business growth.
Rather than simply managing social media accounts, you will be responsible for creating content that builds trust, drives engagement, and increases brand awareness for NewJaisa's refurbished technology products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete content creation process, including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Create and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging social platforms.
- Appear on camera for product demonstrations, unboxings, reviews, and trend-based content.
- Produce Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies based on audience behavior and trends.
- Drive growth in followers, reach, engagement, saves, and conversions.
- Experiment with new content formats, AI tools, and editing styles.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align organic and paid campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media algorithms, platform changes, and industry trends.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule.
Required Skills
- Active content creator on Instagram, YouTube, or other short-form video platforms.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content tools such as Runway, Descript, CapCut AI, or ElevenLabs.
- Good understanding of storytelling, content hooks, audience engagement, and viral content mechanics.
- 0–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or managing a personal creator profile.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Basic understanding of SEO for YouTube and blog content.
- Experience with influencer collaborations and UGC (User Generated Content) campaigns.
- Good copywriting and caption-writing skills.
- Knowledge of the refurbished electronics or consumer electronics industry.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
- Ability to create content in Hindi.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
