We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy CRM Manager to manage our CRM systems, train the sales team, and ensure consistent CRM usage across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar is a plus).
- Configure pipelines, workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
- Train and onboard sales teams on CRM usage and best practices.
- Monitor sales team performance remotely through CRM, ensuring timely lead follow-ups, accurate data entry, and process compliance.
- Track key sales KPIs such as lead response time, conversion rates, follow-up adherence, pipeline health, and individual performance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Identify process gaps and implement CRM automation to improve sales efficiency and customer experience.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Management to continuously improve CRM processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing CRM platforms, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Experience training sales teams and driving CRM adoption.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with integrations, Power BI, or automation tools is an advantage.
