Job Summary
Holiday Links Tours & Travels is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to promote our domestic and international tour packages. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert incoming leads into confirmed customers through effective follow-up and consultation.
- Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential customers, corporate clients, schools, colleges, societies, and travel groups.
- Attend offline meetings with prospective clients, corporate organizations, educational institutions, and business partners.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Follow up with customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent Holiday Links at promotional events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Confidence in meeting and interacting with clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship candidates and final-year students looking for practical sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or the Travel & Tourism industry will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
