Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Air Dryer & Water Chiller manufacturing company. The successful candidate will oversee engineering projects related to the design, development, and production of industrial air dryers. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet technical and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate projects related to the design and manufacturing of air dryers.
· Collaborate with design, production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
· Understand and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
· Monitor and report on project progress, and resolve technical or logistical issues.
· Liaise with clients and suppliers to communicate requirements and project status.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality procedures.
· Conduct testing and validation of air dryer systems during and after production.
· Continuously seek improvements in design, production processes, and project execution.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
· 5–6 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in manufacturing or HVAC-related industries.
· Strong understanding of air dryer systems, refrigeration cycles, or compressed air technology is a plus.
· Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience specifically in air dryer or HVAC equipment manufacturing.
· Familiarity with ISO quality standards and industry regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
