HR Recruiter – Core Hiring Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in core hiring functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close positions within deadlines.
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes. (Careers360)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding activities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. (HRBlade)
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of core hiring and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). (Keka HR & Payroll Software)
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in bulk hiring or consultancy recruitment is an added advantage. (Indeed)
