Position: Sales Executive
Location: Kottakkal, Malappuram
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell two-wheelers, and related services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through showroom visits, activities, referrals, and digital leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Assist customers with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery processes.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM/system.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Plus Two
- Prior experience in automobile sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license Required.
