Job Summary:
Nanda Feeds Pvt Ltd, a growing company in the poultry farming industry, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial management, with a CA background (passed, appeared, or pursuing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Monitor cash flow and financial planning activities
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain proper documentation and financial controls
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CA (Inter/Final – Passed, Appeared, or Pursuing)
- 3–5 years of experience in finance & accounts
- Strong knowledge of auditing and taxation
- Experience as a CA Intern or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
