Role Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving franchise sales, managing investor relationships, leading a sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
The role requires strong franchise sales expertise, consultative selling skills, pipeline management, and the ability to close high-value franchise deals.
Key Responsibilities
Generate franchise sales through inbound and outbound channels.
Conduct investor meetings, business presentations, and franchise discovery sessions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build, track, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM (TeleCRM).
Lead and mentor Business Development Executives to achieve team targets.
Handle investor objections and negotiate commercial terms effectively.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and maintain CRM hygiene.
Explain franchise investments, ROI, business models and profitability to prospective investors.
Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Franchise Sales or Business Development.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Expertise in pipeline management, CRM, and sales forecasting.
Sound understanding of franchise financials, ROI, and business calculations.
Target-driven with strong analytical and relationship management skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
MBA (Marketing/Business Management) preferred.
