Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in developing high-quality mobile applications for Android and hybrid platforms. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, API integration, and mobile application architecture. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable mobile applications.
The project implementation will initially be based in Bangalore, and later the candidate will be required to work on-site in Bhawanipatna, Odisha. Candidates must be willing to stay and work in tribal regions during the project implementation period.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive and high-performance Android and hybrid applications.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers.
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Support field-level implementation activities during project deployment in Odisha.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Flutter development.
- Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
- Experience in Android mobile application development.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications).
- Familiarity with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
- Experience with Git/version control systems.
- Understanding of mobile app lifecycle and deployment process.
- Knowledge of responsive UI design principles.
- Must know the Odia (Oriya) language for communication and field coordination.
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must be willing to travel and stay in Bhawanipatna, Odisha during project implementation.
- Willingness to work in tribal regions and coordinate with local teams.
- Ability to adapt to field-based project environments.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience in integrating payment gateways and third-party SDKs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience in app performance optimization and debugging tools.
