Are you a driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B business development? We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth across our ITES (Data Annotation), BPO, and Software/IT Services verticals.
- Generate and close new business opportunities across multiple service lines
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare proposals, commercial documents, and pricing discussions
- Manage and mentor the Business Development Executive (BDE) team
- Develop and execute revenue-focused sales strategies
- Maintain CRM discipline and provide regular sales reports
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development within ITES, BPO, Data Services, or IT Services
- Proven ability to independently close deals and achieve revenue targets
- Experience managing or mentoring sales teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent CRM and pipeline management capabilities
- Experience in AI/Data Annotation or BPO industry
- Exposure to international client acquisition (US, UK, Middle East, etc.)
- Familiarity with digital lead generation and outbound sales tools
