Profile: BDM-KPO/Accounting Outsourcing-Surat-6 LPA
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Business Development, preferably handling clients in the USA, UK, and Australia.
- Experience in outsourcing, IT Services, Accounting, KPO, BPO, or service-based businesses will be preferred.
Salary Range: 35k to 50k (Plus Incentives)
Roles:
- Identify Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and generate qualified leads through market research.
- Execute personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other prospecting platforms.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and nurture prospects through structured follow-ups.
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and submit customized proposals.
- Track proposal performance, response rates, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct cold calls for high-potential prospects whenever required.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients.
- Coordinate internally for proposal preparation, pricing, and service scope.
- Follow up consistently to improve proposal-to-conversion ratios.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor pipeline stages.
- Capture client feedback, objections, and market trends for management review.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective clients through regular engagement.
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/International Business) preferred but not mandatory.
- Practical experience in international sales, lead generation, or Upwork bidding will be preferred over academic qualifications.
