We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the real estate sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle client inquiries, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and track team performance.
- Ensure timely closure of sales and documentation processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
