Manager – Vendor Development

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Vendor Development to strengthen our PVC/Polymer supply chain and supplier network.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop & onboard new vendors for PVC/Polymer raw materials and components
* Vendor evaluation, qualification & performance monitoring
* Supplier development for cost, quality & timely delivery
* Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, R&D, Production & SCM teams
* Drive alternate source development and cost optimisation
* Conduct supplier visits, audits and capability assessments
* Negotiate commercial terms and support strategic sourcing
* Maintain vendor database, MIS and performance scorecards
Preferred Profile: MBA – Supply Chain / Procurement preferred
Relevant experience in PVC / Polymer / Plastic Manufacturing
Location: Uluberia, Howrah, West Bengal
