- Transport and delivery: Safely and promptly deliver packages to customers.
- Route planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to meet delivery schedules.
- Loading and unloading: Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle, handling them with care.
- Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints professionally.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
- Payment collection: Collect cash payments from customers if required.
- Vehicle maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance.
- Safety and compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Reporting: Report any issues, discrepancies, or accidents to a supervisor.
