Job Description: Account Executive
- Responsibilities:
- Manage customer payments and follow-up on overdue accounts (Local & overseas).
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records of invoices and receipts.
- Visiting the Client for payment recovery.
- Prepare reports on receivables status and aging.
- TDS & KYC updating.
- Invoicing
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile payable accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain records of payments and communicate with vendors as needed.Benefits:
