About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist with 2 years of experience to help build, manage, and scale influencer partnerships across social platforms. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through authentic creator collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and content partners across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns from brief to launch, including product seeding, paid collaborations, and long-term partnerships
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and pricing with influencers and agencies
- Collaborate with Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, and Social Media teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Track campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and compliance requirements
- Manage campaign budgets, invoices, and payments
- Stay up to date with influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Social Media Marketing
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and creator ecosystems
- Experience running both paid and organic influencer campaigns
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Basic understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Familiarity with influencer platforms/tools (e.g., Aspire, Upfluence, Modash, CreatorIQ, or similar)
- Experience collaborating with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers
- Knowledge of FTC/ASCI influencer disclosure guidelines
- Experience integrating influencer content into paid ads
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
